The sun sets in Tokyo and Taro packs to leave the city. In a small town far away, he can’t fall asleep and decides to go on walking. Through the nightly deserted villages, fields and forests, he wanders unsure. His phone lights the way, landscape and past reanimate, and he wonders “butterflies don’t usually fly at night”.
